Your Tasks

• Perform operational tasks and maintain our IT solutions, especially related to MongoDB Clusters.
• Continuously analyze and optimize the performance of MongoDB clusters and their databases.
• Contribute to improving the IT solution regarding technical operations, solution life cycle, risk mitigation, or security issues of the platform.
• Advise and support colleagues from IT consulting and application development on all operational topics from the database domain perspective.
• Help develop and implement new solutions and participate in strategic decision-making processes.
• Automate tasks, deployments, and management of components.

Your Profile

• You are comfortable with administration tasks on Linux environments (Red Hat), and ideally on Kubernetes-based platforms.
• You have experience administering large MongoDB clusters.
• You have hands-on experience in large enterprise environments (setup, coordination, deployment, operations, troubleshooting).
• You are experienced with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Splunk).
• You are accustomed to working with Azure DevOps.
• You are a team player with good communication skills, enjoy taking on responsibilities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• You are curious and eager to learn new technologies and methods continuously.
• Additional desirable skills include: experience with Infrastructure as Code tools, Percona for MongoDB solutions, and implementing backup solutions for large MongoDB scenarios.
