We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Video Editor who wants to join our talented team.

About the Role

As a Marketing Video Artist at Labhouse, you'll join our Marketing team, focusing on creating impactful ads for social media platforms. Your main responsibilities will include producing engaging video creatives weekly, ensuring they captivate the audience and drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creative Ideation: Brainstorm and conceptualize unique ad ideas that resonate with our target audience.
  • Execution: Bring ideas to life through high-quality video editing and production.
  • Testing and Optimization: Continuously test variations, analyze performance data, and refine creatives to improve results.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys blending creativity with analytics, and wants to make a tangible impact on brand engagement.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience in video creation, editing, and animation (transitions, motion graphics, etc.).
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop).
  • Experience with paid advertising platforms like Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok Ads, Applovin, etc.
  • Knowledge of paid performance KPIs, such as Hook Rate, CPI, CTR, etc.
  • Familiarity with AI tools like Eleven Labs, Pika, Runaway, ArcAds, Mirage, Midjourney, Firefly, etc.
  • Strong time management skills to produce quality content on schedule.
  • Autonomous, self-driven, entrepreneurial attitude.
  • Good spoken and written English skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support the marketing team in creating and editing creatives for performance marketing campaigns across platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads, and others.
  • Design and produce marketing creatives for our mobile apps.
  • Analyze organic trends and competitor ads for new creative ideas.
  • Collaborate with video makers and performance managers to deliver effective creatives.
