As the AI Engineering Leader, you will oversee the end-to-end development and deployment of enterprise-level AI solutions that deliver measurable business impact. You will shape the direction of AI initiatives, mentor a talented engineering team, and ensure successful delivery of innovative machine learning projects—from idea to production.

This role blends deep technical expertise with strategic leadership and offers the chance to influence cross-functional teams while contributing to the core AI strategy of the company.

What Will You Be Doing?

• Partnering with engineering and business stakeholders to define, prioritize, and deliver impactful AI / ML initiatives.
• Leading the development of AI prototypes and driving them to production.
• Designing and deploying AI applications using Python, machine learning frameworks, third-party AI services, and cloud-native tools (primarily AWS).
• Hiring, mentoring, and growing a high-performing AI engineering team.
• Owning the technical direction of projects and ensuring scalable, robust implementation.
• Promoting engineering best practices and a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• Facilitating communication across teams and aligning AI strategies with broader business goals.

What Skills Do You Need?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or a related field.
• Deep proficiency in Python and familiarity with key ML libraries.
• Experience applying machine learning in production environments.
• Hands-on expertise with NLP and LLMs.
• Extensive experience with AWS (GCP is a plus).
• Experience with microservices architecture and integrating external APIs / AI services.
• Understanding of application monitoring and observability.
• Version control with GitHub, BitBucket, or similar tools.
• Clear and confident communication skills—both written and verbal.
• Team-oriented mindset and enthusiasm for documentation and knowledge sharing.
• Fluent in English.
