Our Red Bull Student Marketeers are part of the most dynamic and empowered brand and product ambassador program in the world. They understand Red Bull’s target group and are responsible for driving the brand image and product understanding on their campus and in their region. The goal of the Student Marketeer program is to reach new consumers, excite university students, increase sales, and manage the Red Bull brand at their campus. This includes direct contact with consumers and customers, inviting product trials, and working at Red Bull events to ensure an unforgettable brand experience. Student Marketeers value flexibility and thrive in a creative working atmosphere.

Key requirements and experience for this position:

1. Enrolled from 1st to 3rd year of university studies
2. Valid driver’s license
3. Excellent communication skills, charismatic, energetic, and positive personality
4. Passionate about the Red Bull brand and products
5. Well-versed in student life with a good understanding of the university, city, and region, including popular hotspots and behind-the-scenes activities
6. Creative mindset and entrepreneurial spirit, with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative
7. Ability to balance part-time work and studies, with availability for some evenings and weekends
8. Eager to learn and apply new skills, especially in marketing, negotiation, and sales
9. Connected with influential groups and individuals on campus
