User / System Supporter Professional

We are seeking a support specialist for our External Video Platform (Aurora). Your responsibilities will include :

• Technical Support : Provide daily assistance to users regarding upload, access, and playback issues on Aurora.
• Platform Maintenance & Migration : Support the migration and ongoing maintenance of content from platforms like Vimeo or YouTube.
• Documentation & Training : Develop and update user guides, how-to materials, and best practice documentation.
• Issue Resolution & Escalation : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and escalate when necessary.
• Platform Monitoring : Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance stability and usability.

Requirements

• Experience in Video Platform Support, with hands-on knowledge of Vimeo, YouTube, or similar tools.
• Strong communication skills for documenting and explaining technical information to diverse audiences.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a support capacity.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
