What You'll Be Doing :

  1. Act as a leader driving global study and/or program clinical team and departmental engagement, maximizing the efficiencies of the clinical team across studies and programs.
  2. Oversee clinical team tracking and analyze open action items, protocol deviations, and communication reports.
  3. Review or delegate the review of protocol/study design, informed consent forms, case report forms, and other study documents or plans.
  4. Apply a risk-based quality management mindset, contribute to the risk management plan, and support setting up adaptive risk monitoring systems with the study team as applicable.
  5. Collaborate with functional leads and sponsors to identify data-related issues and risks to clinical activities; assist CLs in developing mitigation plans to minimize risk.
  6. Support project managers, regional CLs, and line managers to ensure team members are adequately resourced throughout the study duration.
  7. Oversee the financial health of clinical activities, support identification of out-of-scope tasks, and ensure pre-approval of these tasks by the project manager and sponsor as required.

What We Are Searching For :

  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a clinical, biological, scientific, or health-related field; or equivalent work experience.
  2. 9 years of clinical research experience as a CRA, CL, or PM, with at least 4 years of clinical monitoring or related experience.
  3. Experience working within our Oncology Business Unit with Radiopharmaceuticals is required.
