Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Reception-Reservations Manager at Neptuno Hotel & Spa in Calella. The Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of the front desk and reservations department, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient booking processes.

Qualifications

• Reservations and Customer Service skills
• Effective Communication and Sales abilities
• Training experience in the hospitality industry
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience with hotel management software is a plus
• Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial
