The Revenue Operations Manager is a critical function focussed on optimising and streamlining the systems and processes related to revenue generation. The position is accountable for ensuring overall systems health and ensuring the distribution and connectivity of rates across all channels.

This role works closely with revenue management, pricing and trading, brand and digital marketing, operations, finance and IT.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Drive System Implementation (PMS,CRS, RMS) across the constantly growing portfolio
  • Support Connectivity agenda, while permanently interfacing new Sales Channels
  • Ensure, that standards, manuals & SOPs are always updated to ensure optimal system usage
  • Conduct regular Audits to ensure system health and identify training needs
  • Develop, roll out and constantly enhance user onboarding and trainings

  • Revenue Management expert with experience working across multiple properties.
  • Systems Expert willing to embrace new technologies and ways of working.
  • Structured and Organised
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
