• System administration of the infrastructure using Microsoft Windows in a client / server environment and virtualization with VMware.
• Support of ERP systems and applications within logistics and production, including associated interfaces.
• Support for POS systems and applications across all beverage store branches and interfaces.
• Administration, support, monitoring, and optimization of ongoing IT operations.
• Technical support for the implementation of new projects.
• Installation and configuration of hardware and software.
• Assisting users with faults and error messages and troubleshooting issues.
• Localizing error messages and forwarding them to relevant departments or service providers.

Your Profile

• Completed training in the IT sector with relevant professional experience.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, VMware, client administration, network technology, IT security & firewall, and SQL databases.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly, with strong team collaboration skills.
