Tasks

You will work directly with CEOs and their teams, guiding them through flawless execution plans. This role demands delivering actionable solutions that generate results at the highest levels. If you prefer whiteboards and post-it notes, this isn't for you.

Requirements

• Proven experience in implementing large-scale process improvements in industrial environments
• Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex concepts persuasively
• A systemic thinker valuing rigorous processes over buzzwords
• Ability to challenge the status quo and manage resistance effectively
• Experience in high-pressure, fast-paced environments such as manufacturing or logistics
• Expertise in Lean or OKR methodologies with a track record of delivering tangible results
• Team-oriented mindset, prioritizing collective success
• Fluent in Spanish and English; French and German are a plus
• Based in Spain or willing to relocate soon

This role is not suited for those preferring theoretical frameworks or relying solely on workshops and post-it exercises.
