You assist in planning, developing, and executing capital projects, technical development, and feasibility assessments related to engineering activities in the supply chain. Your role supports capital-expense project execution to foster growth, world-class manufacturing, and productivity, adhering to the highest standards of quality, safety, and environmental responsibility. You ensure that Mondelēz International’s business and innovation processes in project management, along with company standards in execution, are followed.

How you will contribute

This role supports capital project execution. You will be responsible for the quality of results and execution of projects using Mondelēz standards, aligning with business and innovation processes in project management. You will help define and implement the capital and technical agenda during development phases, ensuring accurate budgets, plans, and fit-for-purpose technical solutions are provided. Additionally, you will develop the capital budget in accordance with contracts and forecasted cash flow, ensure proper implementation of engineering standards, and support the development of state-of-the-art processes and equipment strategies to optimize resources, harmonize assets, and promote best practices.
