Logistics Technician/Order Manager, Bilbao, Spain

We are looking for a LOGISTICS TECHNICIAN / ORDER MANAGER fluent in English and French to join our Gantrex team in Sondika.

Objectives:

The person will be responsible for the management of orders for the sale of materials from receipt to delivery and invoicing.

Requirements:

1. Experience >5 years
2. Used to work with ERP’s (Dynamics 365 very valuable).
3. English, high level.
4. French, high level
5. Used to work in an international environment.
6. Review of orders and contracts, acknowledgement of receipt of orders, stock control for order supplies.
7. Experience in international shipments, Logistics
8. Entry of orders into the system, preparation of documentation (delivery notes, packing lists, BLs, etc.), shipment management.
9. Used to working with long term projects/orders, which can take up months, with several shipments from different parts of the world, etc.
10. Occasionally dealing with suppliers

– Ability to work in a dynamic environment, with agility and accuracy.
