As Performance Marketing Manager, you will :

  • Develop, execute, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Instagram), TikTok, etc.
  • Manage a €15,000 / month advertising budget across 15+ international markets, with a focus on Germany, France, Spain, the UK, and the US.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create high-converting video content for ad campaigns.
  • Reinforce the marketing team by hiring, mentoring, and working closely with specialists in CRM, content, and email marketing.
  • Own and improve performance metrics, ensuring strong ROAS and data-driven decision-making.
  • Stay ahead of digital marketing trends to explore new acquisition channels and testing opportunities.

Who You Are :

  • 3+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok is a plus).
  • Analytical & Data-Driven – you love tracking KPIs and optimizing for performance.
  • Startup Mindset – you take ownership, adapt quickly, and find creative solutions.
  • Hands-On & Proactive – you don’t wait for instructions, you drive initiatives forward.
  • Content-Savvy – you understand what makes engaging ad creatives, especially video content.
