Accounting & Administration Senior Technician

Our company, currently undergoing a growth phase, is looking to add a Senior Accounting Professional to our Accounting and Finance department, reporting directly to the CFO.

The main objective of this position is to ensure the correct execution of assigned accounting and administrative processes.

Your role will include:

• Accounting:
• Registering accounting transactions.
• Handling invoicing for suppliers.
• Forecasting and managing payments to suppliers.
• Managing bank accounting.
• Processing checks and receipts.
• Handling collection claims.

Administration:

• Filing documents.
• Controlling travel expenses.
• Invoicing (sales and after-sales).
• Collaborating with audits.

We are looking for:

• A specialized technician in Accountancy and Administration.
• A university degree in Accountancy or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in similar roles.
• A highly organized professional with teamwork skills, attention to detail, rule-following, and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work 30 hours per week.
