Sales Assistant - Outlet La Roca Barcelona

We are currently looking for Sales Assistant for our Outlet based in Barcelona.

As a Sales Assistant, you will be the Brand Ambassador and ensure excellent service to every customer.

Key Responsibilities

1. Promote and sell products by identifying our international customers’ needs.
2. Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationships with customers.
3. Maintain the store standards according to the guidelines.
4. Convey company values passionately through effective product knowledge.

Requirements

1. Fluency in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
2. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail.
3. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and professional selling techniques.
4. Strong customer focus, presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
5. Team player mentality.
