We are seeking to expand our HR department at Lácteas García Baquero S.A. We invite qualified candidates to apply for the following position :

Responsibilities :

• Recruitment and Selection : Posting job offers, screening resumes on employment platforms, and conducting interviews.
• Employment Contracts : Managing employment contracts; knowledge of labor law is a plus.
• Onboarding : Assisting new employees in integrating into the organization.
• Candidate Follow-up
• Performance Evaluation
• Training Program Development
• Equality Plan Development
• Labor Administration

Minimum Requirements :

• 2-5 years of experience in personnel selection
• Advanced proficiency in Excel
• Higher University Degree

Working Conditions :

Monday to Friday schedule : Monday to Thursday from 8 : 30 to 14 : 00 and 15 : 30 to 18 : 30; Fridays from 8 : 00 to 15 : 00.
