Currently we are looking for the candidates for the position of:
PEC Coordinator (RTR)
Location: Poznań/remote (Poland)
Responsibilities:
- Period end close coordination
- Coordination of actions tracker in each period
- Readiness meeting and Learnings meeting preparation and presentation
- Analyze, monitor and action on KPIs to improve their value consistently
- Ensure proper updates to RTR Senior Manager, highlighting risks and opportunities
- Leading internal and external meetings in the team
- Answer the questions from BU about Balance and P&L Analysis
- DTP update & review as per need basis
- New joiners training progress, cross training or backup readiness to avoid risk during attrition
- Review and approve MJE during Period Close (according with approval matrix)
- Ensure work policies & procedures are followed
- Monitoring and solving ICM imbalances with team (ICR tool and NMPL accounts)
- Review and approval of the controls and Blackline reconciliation
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in RTR area on similar position
- University Degree preferred (especially within Finance and Accounting)
- Drive for results and pragmatic approach to getting things done
- English language knowledge on advance level required
- Actively analyzing and effectively resolving problems entailing complex topics and abstract ideas, providing smart and creative solutions
- Actively emphatic-thinking, leading to a deep understanding of customers, team, and other stakeholders ’ needs and problems
- Able to lead and move forward conversations to solve those problems effectively, being assertive or supportive if needed
- Able to present information, clearly communicating one ’ s message and vision
- Able to delegate work that develop less senior team members skills, and to use and leverage the whole organization expertise to solve problems
