The Position
As a Contract and Tender Specialist, you will lead activities related to end-to-end tenders and contracts management, facility and premises administration, and safety, security, health, and environmental protection (SHE), including biological safety, fire protection, site security, sustainability goals, emissions reporting, and waste management. This role reports to the Head of Legal & Compliance Officer.
Career Opportunities and Challenges
- Coordinate the contracting and tender process from initiation to completion, improving data and process flows.
- Prepare contractual documentation and public procurement offers, including negotiation and securing signatures.
- Collaborate across departments and with external partners and customers.
- Act as Site Information Compliance Lead, communicate with global functions, and implement processes at the affiliate.
- Manage and coordinate office and service spaces, act as the main contact for landlords, and handle rental agreements and fees.
- Handle operational technical requirements and inspections.
- Support the coordination of reception and administrative operations.
- Assist in managing the Business Continuity Management (BCM) program and coordinate preparedness exercises.
- Support SHE and Site Security initiatives, ensuring compliance with Roche's objectives.
Who You Are
- University degree in Law.
- Fluent in Czech and English.
- Proven experience in contract and tender management (2+ years).
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, guidelines, and policies.
- Work experience from an attorney firm is a plus.
- Experience delivering training to diverse audiences.
- Project management skills.
- Experience leading negotiation meetings.
- Experience in SHE/SHW management and office/facility management is a plus.
- Excellent MS Office skills; experience with G-suite is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze situations logically.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and improve processes.
