The Programme Specialist will report to the Programme Manager and will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of a managed workforce recruitment programme. We are looking for a recruitment professional with excellent knowledge of recruitment processes, stakeholder management experience, and comfort working across the entire recruitment lifecycle. Previous experience in managing third-party vendors, onboarding, and compliance would be highly beneficial for this role.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage relationships with local hiring managers and handle their temporary recruitment requests.
  2. Record and maintain information regarding recruitment agency performance and hiring manager requirements.
  3. Conduct vacancy qualification meetings with hiring managers, brief third-party suppliers, screen incoming CVs, schedule interviews, and oversee onboarding and contractor management activities.
  4. Manage local relations with clients and agencies.
  5. Check, upload, and track invoices and approvals for payment.
  6. Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve local issues with clients and agencies.
  7. Monitor the achievement of local service level agreements.
  8. Provide statistical analysis support and perform other duties as required by the client.
  9. Provide periodic programme status reports to the Programme Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Dutch, Italian, and English.
  • Vendor Management and Service/Managed Service Provider experience desirable.
  • Staffing industry experience preferred but not required.
  • Human Resources experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to handle confidential issues effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills in writing, verbal, interpersonal, and presentations in English.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of management and staff.
  • Hands-on experience with Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation.
  • Detail-oriented, critical thinker, and problem solver.
  • Good understanding of financial data and invoicing.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with leadership qualities.
  • The ideal candidate will have proven experience in programme expansion and cross-selling within clients.
