Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
Within an international team of Telemarketers, the main responsibility is to make calls to existing customers in assigned countries to follow up on campaigns launched by our Marketing department. The goal is to inform and generate interest and leads; this is not sales or cold calling. Our clients typically have a professional profile in areas such as R&D, Laboratory, Quality Control, Production, Engineering, and Purchasing across various sectors like Pharma, Food and Beverages, Chemicals, and Petrochemicals.
Candidates will participate in campaigns for our product divisions, including laboratory instrumentation, industrial weighing solutions, and chemical measurement instruments, as well as after-sales technical services, with prior internal training provided. We seek dynamic candidates with good verbal communication, active listening skills, and ability to manage client calls effectively. Willingness to learn about new products and industrial environments is essential.
Functions
- Make calls to reactivate customer interest in marketing campaign products.
- Present new products, send technical information, and follow up accordingly.
- Identify and enhance customer interest, recording information in CRM.
- Support the sales division by communicating sales opportunities detected.
- Report all actions taken in each campaign.
What You Need to Succeed
Requirements
- Higher Vocational Training, with a technical background in electronics, life sciences, or laboratory work highly valued.
- Experience as a telemarketer or customer advisor in a B2B environment, especially in call outlining.
- English proficiency at B2 level for managing technical manuals and participating in training and meetings.
- Native Swedish speaker; calls will target Sweden, Norway, and Denmark.
- Proficiency with office tools and data communication systems.
- Residence in Barcelona is required.
