About The Role

Job Purpose: In San Lázaro, we are seeking a Workshop Manager who will perform customer service, estimate preparation, invoicing, and administrative management of the workshop. Knowledge of tire mounting and vehicle maintenance is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Reception, customer service, and advice.
  • Estimating, invoicing, and administrative management of the workshop.
  • Tire mounting.
  • Vehicle maintenance.

Required Qualifications And Experience

Education, Master's Degree, or other qualifications:

  • Vocational Training (Intermediate or Advanced)

Experience (years):

  • At least 3 years of experience

Technical Skills:

  • Administrative management of the point of sale.
  • Driver's license.
  • Demonstrable experience in maintenance and tires roles.

Soft skills:

  • Quality focus
  • Teamwork
  • Customer focus
  • Experience managing work teams

Languages:

  • Spanish
