The Quality Department ensures product excellence and compliance throughout production, fostering innovation and maintaining safety standards. You will join a passionate team dedicated to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

How Can You Help Us?

The QA RM & PACK Manager oversees quality assurance for raw materials and packaging, requiring expertise in certification schemes, supplier QA, product analysis, and food production challenges.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage quality assurance processes
• Develop sampling procedures and maintain QMS
• Manage quality control and release of raw materials and packaging
• Interpret analytical results for quality improvements
• Assess risks and participate in product development
• Conduct supplier audits and manage supplier performance
• Investigate complaints and incidents
• Lead and develop the QA team

Background

• Bachelor’s in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related
• Minimum 5 years in food QA and packaging, with 2 years in leadership
• Qualified auditor experience

Competencies

• Understanding of HACCP, TACCP, VACCP
• Supplier compliance management
• Auditing and reporting skills
• Knowledge of baby food requirements
• Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English (B2)
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP4HANA

• Proactive, autonomous, team player
• Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills
• Strong reporting and technological application skills
