As a Senior Product Manager reporting to the Head of Product in our Provider / Calendar team , your purpose will be to :
- Define and drive the strategic product roadmap for the calendar experience, ensuring it becomes a core proposition for multi-staffer salons;
- Lead continuous discovery efforts (e.g., in-depth user research, market analysis, competitor benchmarking) to deeply understand the needs, workflows, and pain points of our diverse target segments;
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to develop and execute Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies that drive adoption and maximize the business impact of new calendar features;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful product solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and engagement;
- Analyze user behavior (qualitative and quantitative data) to identify opportunities for improving the consumer journey.
Requirements
- Product management experience, with a focus on B2B SaaS in a startup and scale-up environment;
- Proven success in identifying market opportunities and understanding diverse user personas;
- Deep understanding of the end-to-end product lifecycle for SaaS offerings, including strategic planning, development, and effective Go-to-Market implementation in partnership with sales and marketing;
- Strong skills in stakeholder management, cross-functional leadership, and persuasive communication, capable of driving alignment across all levels;
- At a minimum, conversational level English skills are required, as English is our company language used for business-wide communications.
