Airbus offers more than 60 vacancies for our full-time graduate program in Spain - #DISCOVER II 2025 / 2026 - Starting date : October 1st, 2025.

We are looking for recent graduates (#Graduates_Spain) from various disciplines interested in developing their professional careers in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands innovative ways of thinking, relating, and looking at challenges.

What does this internship consist of?

In collaboration with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (#DISCOVER) designed to provide top-tier training in new areas of knowledge essential for future professionals.

The program includes studying a Master, organized into three training blocks, allowing you to DISCOVER in-demand skills today. This will be combined with an 11-month internship at Airbus in a field related to your degree, providing practical learning and academic advancement.

The internship begins in early October 2025 and lasts for 11 months (August is excluded). It is a full-time experience (40h / week) with an attractive study grant.

Internship Job Description :

The design of aerospace structures is complex and multidisciplinary, involving expertise in mechanical engineering, materials, aerodynamics, and manufacturing systems. Ensuring structural integrity under various operating conditions and scenarios is fundamental. Structural analysis faces uncertainties such as geometric tolerances, material properties, and loading conditions.

To address these, machine learning models will be used to analyze and predict reserve factors (RF), enabling precise analysis with reasonable computational costs while maintaining the high safety standards required by EASA certification.

  • Degree or equivalent in Aerospace Engineering
  • Experience in structural composite stress analysis
  • Strong mathematical skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Language skills : Negotiation level in English and Spanish

  • Ability to work in complex, international environments
  • Support operational, planning, or organizational tasks efficiently
