Role Overview:

As an executive search consultant at this global, UK based, search and talent advisory business in Barcelona, you will play a pivotal role in identifying top C-Suite talent to match with exciting international career opportunities. Leveraging your network and business development prowess, you’ll work with other senior consultants internationally, in delivering exceptional executive search and talent advisory solutions to their clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new retained and talent advisory business and work with the research team to identify potential candidates across various industries and senior job functions.
• Collaborate with other consultants to understand client requirements and refine search strategies.
• Utilize innovative sourcing methods to build a strong candidate pipeline.
• Engage with candidates to assess their skills, experience, and suitability for specific roles.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate databases to streamline the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in international executive search or talent management.
• Excellent research and analytical skills with a keen eye for identifying talent.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.

• Fluency in English and Spanish is essential.
