Purpose of the role

We are looking for a Sales Representative - based in Barcelona that can translate Organon purpose to our customers to make a difference, and that takes the responsibility of achieving the objectives assigned to her / his Territory. This position is responsible for the sale of company products for Primary Care Business Unit.

Welcome to our team

This position will work closely with other Sales Representatives and the First Line Manager to lead the strategy in her / his Territory to make Organon become a distinctive partner by delivering impactful medicines and solutions.

Main responsibilities

  • You must understand the environment, trends, assigned products, and competitors
  • You will be responsible for the business and customers of the Hospitals and Health Centers in the assigned territory
  • You will work with different types of customers (family doctors, cardiologists, ENT doctors, gynecologists, and midwives), focusing on increasing customer Trust & Value (engagement) and allocating visit and activity resources based on the segmentation and target of your territory.
  • You will design and execute an activity and call plan, making decisions aligned with the national strategy and maximizing the internal drivers of Organon's Business Model.
  • Knowledge, monitoring, and application of the compliance guidelines defined by Organon

Your profile

  • A university degree, preferably in business or science.
  • Proven experience in sales is essential.
  • Strong abilities in strategic thinking and account management.
  • Well-developed analytical skills to integrate local insights into the Customer Business Plan.
  • Exceptional customer management and engagement capabilities.
  • A proactive mindset for generating and pursuing innovative ideas.
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills to ensure alignment and effective execution.
  • High levels of drive, commitment, and motivation.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Fluency in Spanish, with mid level in written English
  • Ability to analyze, plan, and execute effectively.
  • Expertise in managing multichannel activities.
  • Key competencies include teamwork, proactivity, responsibility, communication, results orientation, and decision-making.
