Your Role
Reporting to the Legal & Operations Associate Director and working closely with the Finance Lead and HR & Administration Manager, you will support operations across various areas to enable RSB's growth and success as an international organization. Your responsibilities will include:
Finance (Priority)
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable
- Support financial closings and reporting
- Help in budget preparation, monitoring, and forecasting
- Manage reimbursement requests
- Coordinate activities with accounting and auditing firms
Administration
- Coordinate with HR & Administration Manager on inquiries and requests from members, clients, and stakeholders
- Assist with performance indicator reporting
- Collaborate on financial activities for ongoing and planned programs
IT and Data Management
- Support the IT strategy, workflows, and system integrations
- Maintain data integrity within Salesforce and related systems
- Track IT equipment and manage depreciation
- Assist the Data Protection Officer with data privacy compliance
Requirements
About You
Applicants should be based in Spain, the UK, or Germany, with relevant experience and a strong commitment to sustainability.
Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications
- 2-4 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in international or NGO settings
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, SharePoint, and Salesforce
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders globally
- Valid work permit or citizenship for Spain, the UK, or Germany; no relocation support
