About the Role:
We are seeking a Guest Relations Agent to join the Rooms team at Jumeirah Mallorca. The main responsibilities include:
- Providing a warm, professional welcome and comprehensive information about the hotel, ensuring a positive first impression aligned with LQA, Forbes, and FHR standards.
- Handling and coordinating guest requests efficiently, collaborating with other departments to deliver personalized and seamless service.
- Greeting VIP guests personally and ensuring their stay is tailored to their preferences, exceeding luxury service expectations.
- Engaging with guests throughout their stay to anticipate and address their needs, ensuring flawless service and high satisfaction.
- Managing guest complaints with sensitivity and urgency, following service recovery protocols to achieve positive outcomes.
- Maintaining detailed records of guest preferences and feedback to improve service quality based on insights.
About You:The ideal candidate will have:
- 1-2 years of experience in a luxury hotel front office or customer service role, with a strong hospitality background.
- Proficiency in English.
- Experience in a 5-star or luxury hotel environment preferred, with knowledge of LQA, Forbes, and FHR standards.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Protel) and Microsoft Office.
- A proactive, guest-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and memorable experiences.
