Agile Change Agent and help shape the future of WIRIS. As our Agile Change Agent, you will foster a culture of continuous improvement, data-informed decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration. Through coaching, facilitation, and hands-on support, you will guide teams and leaders in transitioning from traditional workflows to Agile mindsets and practices, aligning operational dynamics with business goals.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Design and implement a customized agile approach aligned with the company’s needs and goals.
  • Design and conduct workshops and training to build Agile capabilities within teams, including leadership and stakeholders.
  • Establish a structured plan with measurable milestones to drive team-by-team Agile maturity, enabling orderly and trackable progress across the company.
  • Conduct Agile ceremonies at coordination level (Flight Level 2).
  • Train teams on Agile practices or ceremonies and accompany them on their implementation.
  • Establish metrics and reporting mechanisms to track Agile maturity, performance, and improvements at a company and team level.
  • Track the established metrics to report progress and identify areas for improvement and opportunities to optimize the adoption of Agile practices.
  • Train teams on collecting and analyzing metrics for decision-making and identifying trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Support teams and managers on OKRs alignment with lean methodologies.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS POSITION?

  • 3-5 years of experience coaching teams in agile frameworks and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Experience with Kanban is a plus.
  • Proven experience in organizational change management processes to successfully navigate change.
  • Experience with Flight levels and OKRs.
  • Certification in Agile methodologies.
  • Experience using agile project management tools such as Businessmap, Trello, Jira, or similar.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on using data to drive improvements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A continuous improvement mindset and a passion for identifying and implementing opportunities for optimization.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
