Test Analyst – SAP - Logistics

Job Summary

We are looking for an exceptional QA Engineer/analyst to work with our cross-functional team and join our community of world-class experts. You will work on exciting projects with our clients, taking on the essential role of advising our clients on the quality of the software being tested. In addition, you will work with our clients to proactively advise them on how to accelerate and improve the QE&A process.

Key Responsibilities

As a QA, you will be incorporated into large national and international projects where the quality of the core business processes of organizations will be tested. Working on an Agile work model, you will be part of a multicultural team in charge of defining, preparing, and executing integration test cases.

1. Expand functional/data model knowledge;
2. Learn tools necessary for successful execution and defect analysis;
3. Leverage the client's knowledge of business processes;
4. Perform peer reviews on other team members' deliverables;
5. Support business users during user acceptance testing;
6. Perform test execution;
7. Consistently provide high quality analysis of assigned work items;
8. Ensure deliverables are of the highest quality and completed on time;
9. Support testing for production issues;
10. Contribute to work estimates as necessary;
11. Motivate team by helping to create a positive work environment;
12. Share knowledge with other testers;
13. Seek and share ways to improve test processes;
14. Create test data;
15. Experience in supporting/supervising less experienced team members.

Job Requirements

1. Strong experience as QA professional in SAP;
2. Ability to multitask and meet critical deadlines;
3. Expertise in designing, preparing, and executing complex testing solutions including Functional, Regression, and End to End testing;
4. Experience in supporting/supervising more junior team participants;
5. Effective communication with QA Managers, Test Leads, Developers, and BAs.

Nice To Have Skills

1. Experience in SAP SM, DM, and/or logistics industry;
2. Experience in test automation.
