We need a Windows Implementation Specialist to lead endpoint management deployments, configure security policies, and optimize enterprise compliance. You’ll work closely with customers and technical teams, ensuring seamless Windows MDM implementation while providing training and Level 2 support.

Responsibilities

• Windows MDM Deployment & Configuration : Lead enterprise Windows MDM implementations, configuring Autopilot, GPOs, and OMA-URIs, while ensuring security baselines and compliance.
• Solution Testing & Optimization : Perform pre-deployment testing, troubleshoot device provisioning and policy enforcement issues, and optimize security and performance.
• Technical Documentation & Training : Create technical guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting manuals, and deliver customer training on device enrollment, security policies, and compliance.
• Act as an escalation point for complex MDM issues, resolving device enrollment failures and deployment errors, and collaborating with engineering teams to enhance Applivery’s solutions.
• 3+ years of experience in Windows endpoint management, MDM implementation, or IT administration.
• Expertise in Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Group Policy (GPOs), OMA-URIs, and Windows Update for Business (WUfB).
• Hands-on experience with security baselines, compliance policies, and app deployment.
• Familiarity with Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) solutions such as VMware Workspace ONE, MobileIron, or similar.
• Experience writing technical documentation and user guides.
• Knowledge of Windows PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Bonus : Experience with API integrations (JSON, REST APIs).
• Bonus : Relevant certifications (e.g., MD-102, Microsoft Certified).
