• Maintain consistent communication with the team to ensure excellent customer service
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and provide feedback to managers regarding products and customer preferences

Ralph Lauren Ambassador

• Create a unique and exclusive store environment aligned with Ralph Lauren's sales standards
• Represent the values and spirit of Ralph Lauren
• Foster a customer-first culture

Operations

• Utilize store systems and procedures to enhance sales efficiency
• Participate in merchandising activities following Ralph Lauren's standards and creative guidelines
• Maintain operational and visual standards of the store

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

• Energetic, passionate, results-oriented, and team player
• Experience with premium/luxury brands
• Excellent communication skills and product knowledge
