We are a fast-growing booking software provider, helping barbers and beauty professionals save time to focus on doing what they love. The Role

We are looking for a versatile and motivated individual to join our growing team, helping us build strong client relationships and enhance our excellent customer service as we expand across Europe.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Focusing on troubleshooting and problem solving to provide excellent customer support.
  • Supporting the sales team to improve customer retention and upsell our product where appropriate.
  • Joining a small, fast-growing company, offering opportunities to be adaptable and apply a broad range of skills across various tasks.
  • Learning quickly as we expand into new markets and discovering more about different customer types, with opportunities to shape your role as it evolves.

Your Responsibilities

  • Building relationships with clients and helping them maximize the use of our product.
  • Troubleshooting and identifying root causes of client issues, providing creative solutions.
  • Providing computer and phone-based customer support.
  • Onboarding new clients onto our platform.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer retention and upselling.

Your Experience

  • Essential: Experience in customer service, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong computer skills, bachelor’s degree or higher, fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Nice to Have: Experience working with B2B software products, some sales or account management experience.

  • You enjoy building relationships and helping people succeed.
  • You are highly reliable, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently.

What You’ll Get

  • An annual salary between €35,000 - €40,000.
