How can you help us?

As a Quality Technologist, your main role will be to analyze and enhance manufacturing processes, troubleshoot incidents, and implement improvements to meet quality standards.

Main responsibilities

• Participate in complaint investigations and reporting
• Support HACCP team
• Process validation and corrective actions
• Review manufacturing quality controls
• Support crisis and incident management
• Investigate quality incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
• Use statistical tools for data analysis and process improvement
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure quality standards
• Lead or support continuous improvement projects

Skills and competencies

Background : Bachelor in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or similar. 3+ years experience in food manufacturing.

Competencies : Experience in food safety, risk management, knowledge of GFSI standards (IFS), product certifications (Halal, Kosher, FDA). Fluency in Spanish and proficiency in English (B2).

Others : Proactive, autonomous, team player, excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, analytical skills, adaptable, available for on-site work.
