Technical Project Manager

Main responsibilities :

1. Support all accounting functions within the company.
2. Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting, including Revenue, Accounts Payable (+aging), and General Ledger.
3. Ensure reliable month-end and year-end closings within strict deadlines, adhering to IFRS standards.
4. Participate in the accounting reporting process.
5. Handle ad hoc projects and assignments.
6. Manage intercompany controls.
7. Monitor weekly cash flow.
8. Handle bank reconciliations.

Profile required :

1. Vocational Training (CFGS) in Accounting, Administration, Economics, or related fields.
2. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in accounting.
3. Experience in an international accounting department or outsourcing environment is desirable.
4. Experience working in an international, cross-functional, and networked environment.
5. Experience in organization and monthly reporting.
6. Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
7. Knowledge of Dynamics 365 is desirable.
8. Proficiency in Excel.
9. Knowledge of NPGC (Spanish local rules) and IFRS.
10. ERP implementation experience (preferably Business Central) is a plus.
11. Strong organizational and planning skills.
12. Adaptability and flexibility to changing work demands.

Compensation and Benefits :

Salary will be commensurate with experience. Flexible scheduling options are available, including the possibility of two teleworking days per week.
