About the role:

We’re hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to lead acquisition, retention, and reactivation campaigns across paid and non-paid channels, and to collaborate with Product on conversion funnel optimization.

This role focuses on accelerating growth in Dribbble's marketplace for services, the fastest-growing part of our business.

The ideal candidate must prioritize effectively, communicate clearly, and execute swiftly. Despite limited resources, our talented team manages tens of millions of users and over 100M visitors annually, offering an entrepreneurial opportunity for a resourceful growth marketer.

The position reports directly to Dribbble's CEO.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Executing full-funnel acquisition campaigns across paid channels (Paid Search, Paid Social) and non-paid channels (Email).
  2. Utilizing Dribbble's advertising products and merchandising features to enhance website conversion rates.
  3. Partnering with Product to optimize conversion funnels for Dribbble's offerings.
  4. Collaborating with Sales to improve conversion for sales-assisted offerings like Designer Advertising.
  5. Promoting user adoption of new features through partnership with Product.
  6. Bringing 5-7 years of growth marketing experience, preferably in early-stage, product-led tech companies.
  7. Hands-on experience with performance marketing campaigns, especially Paid Search.
  8. Strong analytical skills, proficient with SQL, Google Analytics, and ChatGPT or similar LLMs.
  9. Experience working with Product teams and designing landing pages using no-code tools like Webflow or Framer.
  10. A resourceful, independent, and innovative mindset.
  11. Attention to detail, pride in quality work, and a friendly, humble attitude.
