Go-to-Market Client Solutions Lead :

The client-centric pillar, led by GTM client Leads, acts as the Voice of the Customer, ensuring the product meets or exceeds customer expectations. This role focuses on communicating the product vision, outlining key milestones, and presenting the roadmap as a guide for customers. It facilitates planning for integrations, certifications, and other steps for seamless adoption, migrations, or implementation. The primary responsibility is to transition products from being sales-ready to revenue-ready, ensuring full integration into the customer’s portfolio and delivering long-term value. This is essential for smooth customer adoption, satisfaction, and long-term market success, setting the stage for sustained growth and customer loyalty.

Essential Functions / Responsibilities :

The main duties include providing solutions and support to clients across all product platforms/services, including:

  • Developing and executing a product strategy prioritizing client engagement, satisfaction, and retention globally.
  • Managing the customer product roadmap and ensuring timely delivery of features and updates.
  • Driving initiatives for deeper engagement with key clients to maximize product value.
  • Advocating for clients within the organization, considering their needs during product development.
  • Leading regular client meetings, presentations, and demos to keep clients informed and engaged.
  • Leveraging customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements and new features.
  • Aligning product roadmaps with client expectations and business objectives through internal collaboration.
  • Collaborating with sales to understand client pain points and requirements.
  • Identifying pilots and early adopters with Global Product Management.
  • Communicating product updates and issues to manage customer expectations.
  • Coordinating with the Global GTM Launch team for product launches and sales enablement.
  • Driving product roadmap prioritization and client migrations.
  • Providing detailed migration and implementation plans, including scope and milestones.
  • Creating demonstrations and PoCs for proposed solutions to prospects.

  • Knowledge of the global payment industry.
  • Experience working in fast-paced organizations and with international teams.
  • Strategic mindset for KPI management and product alignment.
  • Collaborative leadership skills in a matrix environment, engaging multiple stakeholders.

Required Education / Experience :

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum 10 years of industry and management experience.
  • Proven track record in delivering projects within technology, services & solutions.
  • Experience managing stakeholder expectations at all levels.
  • Self-motivated with high initiative and enthusiasm.
  • Ability to analyze and present business cases and project progress strategically.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain confidentiality.

This role involves national and international travel, overnight stays, and out-of-hours work.

Language Requirements : Spanish or French and English.
