Technical Senior Business Analyst - Flight Operations

Join our crew management implementation team to analyze complex business problems in the aviation flight crew domain, focusing on automation and system integration.

Responsibilities:

  • Install software, conduct data migration, and set up integrations.
  • Create Business Plans and support documents, including business cases, aligning with company goals and technical programs.
  • Work on high-value projects with significant customer impact, operating independently with minimal oversight.
  • Solve complex business problems across multiple functional domains using various technologies.
  • Provide strategic direction and plan for current and future business environments, including technology and business design changes.
  • Assist in identifying, evaluating, and developing cost-effective systems and procedures.
  • Serve as a liaison between developers, architects, designers, and customers.
  • Support development teams with functionality questions, testing, training, and deployment planning.
  • Guide less experienced analysts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of related experience, with 20+ years preferred.
  • Expertise in Crew Planning, Scheduling, Tracking, and Crew Rules is a plus.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, C++.
  • Experience with automation, enterprise application installation/configuration on AWS.
  • Database experience with Oracle or MongoDB, SQL or PL/SQL.
  • Knowledge of integration protocols like SOAP, XML, JSON, Postman.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Macros a plus), PowerPoint.
  • Experience in Crew Management systems or airline operations is advantageous.
