Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities across technology teams to ensure the effective delivery of project and program workstreams.
• Develop project planning artifacts including charters, timelines, status updates, and stakeholder analyses.
• Facilitate team meetings and enable collaboration.
• Manage executive steering committees and communicate with executive stakeholders.
• Support change management through stakeholder analysis and communication planning for end users.
• Identify risks and implement risk management processes.
• Manage third-party vendors and oversee vendor budgets.
• Lead lessons learned and quality measurement processes post-project to meet business objectives.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in implementing enterprise business technology systems.
• Experience with agile methodologies; certifications like CSM or PMP are highly desirable.
• Experience managing complex programs; PMP certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong ownership and leadership in project delivery.
• Ability to facilitate meetings effectively and promote continuous improvement.
• Experience with global solutions and enterprise projects, including CRM (Salesforce), ERP (Oracle), or HCM (Workday).
• Familiarity with business process improvement methodologies.
• Experience with RFPs and vendor selection.
• A passion for project management and thriving in fast-paced environments.
