At Gram Group , we are a fast-growing industrial SME with around 50 employees , specialized in the manufacturing of weighing equipment . We are transforming the weighing industry by integrating cutting-edge technology into our products, opening doors to markets that were previously out of reach.

To accelerate our expansion , we are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) —an ambitious and proactive professional who thrives on hunting new opportunities and driving growth into new markets .

Tasks

What will you do in this role?

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in our three key sales areas : eCommerce, Distributors, and Integrators & Big Accounts .
  • Prospect and hunt for new clients, with a strong focus on integrators who can embed our weighing technology into their products.
  • Expand our presence in new markets and sectors , leveraging the technological advancement of our products.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, sales pitches, and meetings via video calls, online platforms, and in-person visits when necessary.
  • Manage and track leads, prospects, and deals in our CRM .
  • Build a deep understanding of our products and industry , enabling you to communicate technical benefits effectively.

Requirements

What are we looking for?

  • Experience in selling a technical product (industrial, technology, or industrial equipment preferred).
  • Experience in the weighing sector is a big plus.
  • Hunter mentality – you thrive on proactively finding and developing new business .
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously , driving your own sales success.
  • Strong skills in CRM systems and digital sales tools to maximize efficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially for cold outreach and technical sales discussions .
  • Advanced level of English for international sales conversations (other languages such as German, French, or Italian are a plus).
