About the Role

The Warehouse Specialist plays a pivotal role in streamlining warehouse operations, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring the seamless flow of goods from suppliers to customers.

Responsibilities

• Product Location & Stock Control: Develop and maintain an organized warehouse layout for optimal space utilization and easy product access. Label products for quick location. Monitor stock levels and upload availability to online shops.
• Warehouse Maintenance: Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety in compliance with regulations, maintaining a productive environment.
• Logistics Coordination: Oversee receipt, classification, and registration of inventory and returns. Manage order preparation, packaging, and dispatch to ensure timely delivery.

Who We're Looking For

• An organized, detail-oriented individual capable of managing time and tasks efficiently.
• Autonomous and proactive problem-solver in logistics.
• Proficient in Spanish and English for effective communication.
• Previous supply chain experience is highly valued.
• Interest and knowledge of our products; passion is part of our identity.
• Ability to handle administrative computer tasks and physical shipping preparations.
