Electrical Supervisor PV

Your mission will be to schedule and control the use of both human and productive resources in the electrical area, according to the deadlines established by the planning area, maximizing quality and minimizing costs, during the construction of a solar park that will take place in Brazatortas, Ciudad Real.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, distribute and control the workload of the area's personnel, complying with the production programme.
• Prepare the necessary devices for the electrical processes.
• Control that personnel comply with the industrial safety regulations and standards described in the company's plan.
• Maintain the equipment and tools in the area in good condition.
• Comply with all procedures and instructions applicable to the area.
• Request the execution of specialisation courses and evaluate the application to their personnel in charge.
• Establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules.
• Perform and introduce measures to improve production methods, equipment operation, and the quality of the service.
• Analyse and solve work problems, assisting them in the solution of problems in their operational work.

Job Requirements

• FP2 training with specialisation in electrical works preferably/ Technical engineering
• Demonstrable experience in the position
