Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Infrastructure / Plot Maintenance Technician to join our team in Muel, Spain. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our facility's infrastructure and outdoor areas, ensuring a safe and functional environment for all occupants.

  • Perform regular inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment to identify maintenance needs
  • Execute preventive maintenance tasks on various building systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC
  • Conduct repairs and improvements to infrastructure as needed
  • Maintain outdoor areas, including landscaping, parking lots, and walkways
  • Operate and maintain various tools and equipment used in facility maintenance
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance schedules and minimize disruptions
  • Assist in the development and implementation of long-term maintenance plans
Qualifications
  • Technical degree or vocational training in facility maintenance or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in infrastructure or property maintenance
  • Proficiency in using various maintenance tools and equipment
  • Knowledge of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC
  • Understanding of landscaping and outdoor maintenance techniques
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures
  • Relevant safety certifications (e.g., OSHA or equivalent)
  • Basic computer skills for record-keeping and communication
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical capability to perform maintenance tasks, including lifting and climbing
  • Valid driver's license
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed
  • Knowledge of local building codes and regulations is a plus
