Job Opportunity : Senior Electrical Engineer

Coalesce Management Consulting (CMC) is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer for a key client, a global leader in materials technology, to support a megaproject in Northern Spain. The role involves assisting in the realization and construction phases, with full on-site presence required once construction begins, expected towards the end of this year or early next year.

This position initially offers an independent consultant (autónomo) contract through CMC, with the potential for a permanent role after successful collaboration within approximately two years.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and implement tailored electrical systems to meet operational process requirements.
• Manage EPCs through all project phases, assisting and reporting progress to the project manager.
• Oversee electrical design approval, RFMA for subcontractors, and participate in vendor evaluations and technical communications.
• Address electrical issues during construction, oversee subcontractors during startup and commissioning.
• Collaborate with Maintenance for process improvements and ensure the maintenance and update of drawings for handover.
• Support equipment upgrade projects and propose improvements for optimization.

Qualifications and Expectations :

The candidate should have relevant electrical engineering experience, strong project management skills, and the ability to work effectively on-site in a leadership role.
