What we are looking for

We seek a Project Manager responsible for planning, scheduling, and delivering work related to the successful integration of a merger or acquisition. The role involves collaborating with a global customer, a world leader in water-related technologies, solutions, and services.

Requirements include high proficiency in English and Spanish.

Position is 100% remote for candidates located in Spain.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, including scope, schedule, budget, and risk mitigation.
  2. Coordinate resources to ensure timely, within-scope, and within-budget project delivery.
  3. Analyze project status and revise scope, schedule, or budget as needed.
  4. Establish and maintain stakeholder relationships, providing regular updates on project status and changes.
  5. Gather, validate, and define requirements and resources.
  6. Create project schedules and timelines, identifying dependencies.
  7. Coordinate deliverables and activities among resources.
  8. Track and manage dependencies, risks, issues, and decisions.
  9. Facilitate meetings and document project progress and issues.
  10. Implement changes to meet project objectives.
  11. Monitor and report on project progress.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and lead meetings and workshops.
  • Experience in M&A is preferred.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish at least C1 level.
