DEVOPS ENGINEER Senior

Project:

The developed solution is a cloud-based platform that empowers customers with a sea load of data. Using a SaaS model, the platform securely connects machinery in the field to an Amazon cloud. Moreover, the platform delivers data analytics to help you confidently manage your fleet into the future.

The platform features customizable dashboards to display data for monitoring machinery operation. The data can also be utilized in other digital products and services we provide. Data enables quick and intelligent responses in emergencies, proactive consulting to prevent issues, and operation optimization.

Tasks:

• Supporting the analytics platform for data scientists to accelerate data science activities, including abstract data extraction and deployment (e.g., templating to package common functions such as windowing data, scheduling, batch processing, versioning)
• DevOps tasks primarily related to infrastructure pipelines, tooling, integration, and observability

Primary tech stack:

• Terraform, AWS, EKS, EFK (Elasticsearch, Fluentd, Kibana), CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins), Helm charts, monitoring, alerting, and logging (observability) of Kubernetes and AWS (EKS)

Secondary technologies:

• Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, Python

Soft skills:

Strong soft skills such as communication, proactivity, and engagement are beneficial.
