Our goal is to strengthen the brand in Spain. We are looking for an expert to work as an L3 Support Engineer.
In a typical day as an L3 Support Engineer, you would:
- Be responsible for troubleshooting all L3 cases related to complex products and platforms, including identifying the cause, resolving issues, testing, and generating patches.
- Work on the container deployment flavor of the product, which has been recently released.
- Collaborate closely with L2 support, development, and delivery teams to analyze, debug, and resolve product issues.
- Assist peers in R&D with your strong sense of commitment and ownership to drive tasks to completion, demonstrating decisive verbal and written communication skills with courtesy.
Job requirements:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Shell scripting, with experience in Linux and Unix scripting (Bash).
- Knowledge or willingness to learn virtualization and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Ansible.
Preferred qualifications:
- Knowledge of telecom domain and protocols like Diameter, Radius, SOAP/HTTP, SMPP, Web Services, REST architecture, etc.
- Strong understanding of networking protocols, distributed systems, network security, and high availability.
- Experience in software product or solution testing (functional, system, performance).
- Familiarity with testing tools like Seagull, JMeter, SOAP UI.
- Knowledge of Web Services (SOAP/HTTP), XML, JMX, JDBC, JMS, LDAP, Java Security.
- Working experience with databases such as Oracle and MySQL.
- Understanding of High Availability (HA) systems.
- Knowledge of SDLC in an Agile/dynamic environment.
