Role Summary:

King's College, The British School of Murcia, one of Spain's most sought-after British schools, seeks a highly organized and proactive School Administrator Officer with fluent English. This full-time, on-site role is based in Murcia, initially temporary with potential for permanence.

This key role ensures smooth administrative operations, working closely with the Headteacher and departments such as HR, Finance, and Admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and improve administrative processes across the school.
  • Supervise the admin team and liaise with HR, Finance, Admissions, and Maintenance.
  • Handle staff documentation, contracts, and safeguarding compliance.
  • Assist with school events, transport, training, and procurement.
  • Support during absences and assist with translations as needed.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Education, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • Experience in school or business administration with leadership roles.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative tools.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and Spanish education/labor regulations is advantageous.
  • Committed to excellence, teamwork, and safeguarding.
