Main Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain in-depth knowledge of Jávea’s real estate market.
  2. Handle client allocations from initial contact through to post-sale completion, managing the entire sales cycle.
  3. Offer creative solutions for vendors and buyers to close deals effectively.
  4. Organize and prepare agents for viewings, collaborating with international agents to ensure high product knowledge.
  5. Set performance goals and KPIs for the team, tracking results and activity to optimize sales efficiency.
  6. Ensure all business goals and targets are met consistently (monthly, quarterly, annually).
  7. Manage team members, mentoring, training, and coaching agents to develop their skills and achieve positive results.
  8. Act as the department’s point of contact, maintaining high customer service standards and representing the brand effectively.
  9. Assist agents during the sales process, actively resolving complications with creative sales and closing strategies.
  10. Participate actively in deal closure and offer management.
  11. Support in the hiring process of commercial agents, providing requirements and feedback to improve recruitment efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the real estate sector is a plus, especially with knowledge of Jávea’s key areas and international clients.
  • Experience managing a team.
  • Deep understanding of real estate, legal, and financial concepts and processes.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
  • Professional appearance, excellent communication and negotiation skills, self-motivated, and driven to achieve top results.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on financial success, able to work within an international team.
  • Proactive with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
  • Organized, flexible with working hours, and hands-on.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, experienced in working with demanding national and international clients.
