Overview

This is a remote position, currently open to candidates in time zones between UTC-1 and UTC+2.

Are you a top-performing salesperson? A hunter? Passionate about tech / software and eager to sell a hot product with unlimited income potential?

You will pitch Landbot's products and services, assist leads, close sales, and execute our sales strategy to boost company performance and identify new opportunities. Your goal is to drive sustainable growth and build strong customer relationships.

You'll analyze data, provide feedback to marketing, and ensure our go-to-market strategy is effective.

While we seek a 'closer,' teamwork is essential—supporting different stages of the sales funnel is expected.

Main functions

  • Achieve monthly quotas via calls, emails, and meetings.
  • Master the Landbot platform and stay updated on new features.
  • Conduct successful business meetings, including platform demos, with prospects arranged by our sales team.
  • Understand prospects' pain points, challenges, and needs.
  • Assist users during trials, converting opportunities into customers.
  • Optimize and manage our sales strategy.
  • Share insights and feedback with marketing and product teams.
  • Support the sales team's overall success and collaborate with colleagues.
  • Build, maintain, and expand client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Proven top performer with at least 3 years in a fast-growing B2B SaaS startup.
  • Experience with mid-market customers.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, capable of building trust.
  • Resourceful problem-solver, autonomous and effective.
  • Strong negotiation skills, prepared for client negotiations and document reviews.
  • Experience with CRM tools like Pipedrive, Salesforce, or similar.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience in chatbot / communications automation industry.
  • Knowledge of digital / conversational marketing.
